Visualization of the results can be manuplated from the display tabbed pane.

If the graphical performance is low transparency can be disabled as well as labels and hydrogens can be hidden for a clear views.

The last conformer that is displayed can also be moved for manual overlaying  if CTRL and ALT keys were pressed together. Please
